Managing Partner

Ms. Kewagamang was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer, and notary public in the year 2005. Prior to founding Kewagamang Legal she was a partner for 10 years at Rantao Kewagamang Attorneys. She has a solid track record in facilitating and rendering legal services in corporate commercial law, procurement, transactional advisory, labour law, property, and litigation. 

Ms. Kewagamang has received additional training in BSEL’s Listings Requirements, a certificate in Investment Foundation from the CFA Institute as well as Fundamentals of Investments: Understanding Financial & Capital Markets, Derivatives and the ISDA Master Agreement, Securities Borrowing and Lending, Commercial Paper, PPP’s, AML, CTF and Proliferation, and Project Management, corporate due diligence and corporate valuations. 

Joel Immanuel Matonga graduated with an LLB (Hons) in 2017, from the University of Malawi.

Associate Attorney

Keene Moffat-Molwalefe is an Associate Attorney holding an LLB from the University of Botswana. He is duly admitted as a Notary Public and Conveyancer and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM). 

He has developed practical experience across a broad range of legal disciplines, with particular exposure to complex litigation, corporate and commercial law, contract law, financial recoveries, labour and employment law, and estate management.

Keene is committed to delivering diligent, solution-oriented legal services and approaches each matter with professionalism, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of both legal principle and commercial realities.

Intern

Mr. Taka is a Legal Intern, whose internship commenced in April 2024. He is currently a final year law student at the University of Botswana. He holds interest of practicing predominantly in the spheres of Corporate Commercial Advisory and Transactional, Alternative Dispute Resolution, General and Complex Litigation, Employment and Labour Law, Debt Recoveries as well as Estate Planning and Administration of Estates.
